The Rapid City and Black Hills Area Housing Study was commissioned by the Rapid City Strategic Housing Coalition and was conducted over the course of 2022 by MSA Professional Services (MSA). The work summarized within is the work of MSA and is intended to help Rapid City and the surrounding communities better understand the local housing market.
